BillQuick 2008 64-bit Log error

BillQuick 2008 64-bit Log error when you open Bill Quick.

Error says c:\program files\billquick2008 doesn’t exist so no log file can be created.

This is correct in 64-bit Bill Quick installs to

“c:\program files (x86)\BillQuick2008”

create a folder named BillQuick2008 in c:\program files\

This will allow the log file to be created. However, this is a pain if you have alot of 64-bit systems. This shows more poor testing by BQE.

XP 64-bit released in 2002 yet BQE didn’t even test or this error would have been fixed. Boo!

I do not know if this applies to BillQuick 2009/2010 but I wouldn’t be supprised.

  1. Also Bill quick in SQL must have enough RAM allicated or it will randomly disconnect people and not connect at all.

  2. Thank you for some other great post. The place else may just anyone get that type of information in such a perfect method of writing?
I’ve a presentation next week, and I am on the search for such information.

  3. I hardly comment, however i did some searching and wound up here BillQuick 2008 64-bit Log error | Don’t Panic. And I do have a couple of questions for you if it’s allright.
Could it be only me or does it give the impression like some of the responses appear like coming from
brain dead people? 😛 And, if you are posting at other online sites, I would like
to keep up with anything fresh you have to post.
Could you make a list of all of your communal pages like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?
