GameFly request for Overnight/Nextday for Release Day Games. ie Fable 2 I don’t want to wait a week to get it.

Grand Junction, Colorado isn’t using Fast track… Which is 81501, 81502, 81503, 81504, 81505, 81506, 81521, 81520…

I would still request a next day shipping option for $10 more, I would like this per title so I can say I want Fable 2 to overnight and be here the day of release. I think this is critical for my friends and myself to start/continue using the service.
 
OR ship the game 3 or 4 days before the game releases.
 
Can you imagine telling a halo 3 gamer he has to wait a week after release to get his game when people were waiting for mid-night release. A next day or overnight shipping option would solve this for the most part.
 
I had to buy 2 more viva pinata’s because we didn’t want to wait any longer for our games.
 
If we pay the difference what do you care. Fedex it to me, the money I save in getting it from gamefly should cover the shipping.
This is most important for Release day games.
 
I’m still waiting a week after Star Wars unleashed came out my friends have beat it already and you want me to get them to sign up for gamefly when I’ve still haven’t even got my game. Just looks bad. Love the service but it need to be fixed.

Dear Jeremy,

We are sorry our service is not meeting your expectations. We do process returns and shipments six days a week. In most cases, we ship your next game within the same day we receive the returned game. We also use FastReturn™, developed in partnership with the U.S. Postal Service, to improve delivery times by allowing us to send you the next available game in your GameQ before we receive the returned game in one of our facilities.

A FastReturn™ is initiated when a barcode located on the return mailer is scanned by the U.S. Postal Service. This scan is then sent to GameFly to enable our FastReturn™ system to start processing the next title in your GameQ. Your GameQ may temporarily show that you have more games out than your plan allows. It will be updated as soon as we receive the returned game.

Unfortunately, the USPS scan rate is not 100%, so FastReturn™ is not available in all cases. For example, the equipment may not be present in certain USPS facilities, the equipment could be out of service, or the barcode may have been damaged. We encourage you to contact us if you are not receiving FastReturn service so that we can identify problem areas.

Shipping thru the U.S. Postal Service first class mail to or from one of our facilities is estimated to take 2 to 4 days. However, we realize there are exceptions and understand this situation can be frustrating. We work diligently to improve shipping performance and rely on members like you to help us focus on the most important problems.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize again for your experience.

In addition to your XBox Live and XBox 360, at this time, we cannot manage the que for the XBox Live titles. We are looking into new ways to help our customers with their ques and make them more accessible and convenient. If any new options take place, we will notify all customers.

It’s taking more than a week turn around for games. Even longer if newly released game. How can we force or put presure on our local Post Office to scan their packages so we get faster turn around.

It’s been 3 days and still it doesn’t show we’ve returned a game. We’ve waitted 1 week for our next game on our second account but it still says low and has shipped.

We’re not really happy with the speed for new games there should be a garrenty for the day of release even if you have to overnight it. I’d even pay a few bucks more from time to time to get a game overnighted or next day shipping mainly for release day games like fable 2, the force unleached…(this would be a major selling point to my friends)

Are we in a mailing dead zone?

Why not workout a deal with Netflicks which has local warehouses in our area and many others. They have 2 day turn around.

We’ve got to the point where we’re going out and buying the game because it takes to long for you to get it to us.

We would also like to be able to manage our My Game Q from Xbox Live and our Xbox 360 Please. If need be it could be in Media Center.
