I have 2 HTC Incredibles with 2.3.4 that started to not sync data from calendar on phone to exchange. Removing the account and readding helped for a while but not long.
Remove the Exchange Account then ->

Settings, Application, Manage Applications, All – then find Calendar Storage select and clear data, also select calendar and then clear data.
Restart phone then readd exchange account.
We are testing this solution and will report back if it works or not.
